A Work in Progress but here’s the important stuff so far.
Comments & Newsletter
Mini Escape Games does NOT sell or give away your personal information, such as your name or e-mail address, that you provide in order to leave a comment on a post or sign up for the monthly newsletter. If you sign up for newsletter, we will use your name and e-mail address only to send the newsletter to you through our newsletter service, MailChimp. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time, by selecting the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter email. If you comment on a post, we do NOT use the personal information you submit to send you anything and we do NOT sell or give away that information.
Google Analytics Plugin
As is typical of many other blogs and websites, Mini Escape Games may passively collect your personal information, such as your country of access, time of access, accessed posts and pages, etc., through the use of Google Analytics. Mini Escape Games does NOT store the information collected by these programs in a separate database and it does NOT sell or give away this information. The information collected by these programs is NOT separately aggregated in any database with any personal information, such as your name, e-mail address, IP address, or specific location.
Amazon Affiliates Program
Mini Escape Games is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
What this means Mini Escape Games may post affiliate links to items that they believe are of interest to blog visitors that can be purchased on Amazon.com. If a guest clicks on that affiliate link and makes a purchase, Mini Escape Games will receive a small commission from it – at no extra cost to the guest.
You will NOT be paying an extra cost by clicking on an affiliate link .
If Mini Escape Games links to an Amazon product (with a special code for affiliates embedded in the link), and a guest places an item in their “shopping cart” through that link within 24 hours of clicking the link, then Mini Escape Games gets a small percentage of the sale. Amazon links are not “pay per click.” If you click on the product link and stay around Amazon and purchase something else, however, Mini Escape Games will get commission on that sale.
